Cod, octopus, cuttlefish, squid and shrimp are IQF (Individual-Quick-Freezing) frozen products. For dishes that include fish intended to be eaten raw or practically raw, this place uses raw materials that have been subjected to preventive reclamation treatment in compliance with the requirements of Reg. EC 853/2004, annex III, section VIII, chapter 3, letter D, point 3.
This venue serves natural treated and carbonated treated drinking water.

Therefore, despite the attention paid during preparation and cleaning operations, contamination of other foods by these substances cannot be ruled out.
